How to become better with best natural skin care

Skin care at a glance

Did you know that our skin is also an organ? It is! It’s the largest organ in the human body and serves as flexible but strong armor that protects us from the outside world. Our skin is just as alive as our hearts, kidneys, stomachs, and our other internal organs. Our skin often causes us trouble when we’re younger–zits, acne, oily faces, oily AND dry skin–but when we’re older that care can fall to the side. It makes sense for everyone to take good care of their skin, but unfortunately, it’s often overlooked.

Why does skin care important? Simple! As we age, our skin will go under more and more strain. Remember how soft and smooth a baby’s skin is? Over time, our skin has to face harsh weather and powerful chemicals that drain the moisture and heat away from it. The uppermost layer of our skin, called the epidermis, thins and wears out because of so much pressure on it. Radiation from the sun can destroy our cells and burn them. A tan may look great, but it can have very bad repercussions in the future because your skin will be so damaged.

Eventually wrinkles and sags appear. But when we take proper care of our skin, we can slow down the process of time on our skin, keeping it soft and moisturized for the decades to come and taking years off our appearances.

Natural ways to take care of skin

1. Hydrate
One natural way to take care of your skin is to hydrate it by drinking a lot of water. Doctors recommend at least eight glasses of water per day! If you can’t seem to drink that much, eat fruits that contain a lot of water (think watermelon, grapefruit, strawberry, cucumber, and orange).
2. Makeup
Take it off before you go to sleep. Never forget this important rule! Your skin needs a chance to rest, and if there’s makeup clogging your pores,it won’t be able to do that. If you don’t want to use a makeup remover with harsh chemicals just blot some olive oil on a cotton pad and massage it onto your face. It’ll get rid of the dirt and makeup.
3. Exfoliate!
Over time our skin will inevitably shed! But sometimes it needs help getting off your face. To exfoliate and scrub the dead skin away, you can combine the walnut paste with yogurt. Removing the dead skin will give you a healthy bright glow.
4. Use sunscreen.
Sunscreen is very, very important in maintaining the condition of your skin. Use at least SPF 15. Even if it’s cloudy or cold, the UVA and UVB rays from the sun can still harm your skin! If you’re acne-prone, check for labels that say “noncomedogenic” to prevent acne from flaring up. A lifetime of intense sun exposure can cause cancer, wrinkles, spots, and other problems.
5. Get enough sleep.
Sleep is what lets your body recharge for the next day. But if you don’t get enough sleep, your skin can get tired and sag! Don’t risk it.

Advantage for all ages

Proper skin care has so many advantages for people of all ages. In young people, it can prevent acne and prepare skin against aging. We all know how awful acne can be during adolescence, which is exactly why skin care is so crucial. No picking, more moisturizing, and lots of sunscreen can work wonders on teen acne problems. Harsh chemicals and cleansers will only strip away the natural oil the skin heals, resulting in even poorer conditions.

Once you reach your 20s and 30s, your skin care will begin to show. The skin begins to age and if you don’t take proper care of it it’ll show up as bags and wrinkles and spots. Not pleasant to look at! You might be 25, but poor skin care might make you look 35! That’s how crucial and important skin care is.

As we get even older, risks of skin diseases like melanoma and other skin conditions will be higher. Over time, cells in the top layer of the skin become thinner and weaker. The amount of collagen produced by your skin is also reduced, which leads to a loss of elasticity. On top of all that, your sweat glands also reduce in number. Because of that, you will develop drier skin. But proper skin care can lessen the effects of these developments and also help prevent skin-related conditions. Skin care can prevent blotchy complexions, retain the firmness of the skin, reduce wrinkles and lines, keep your complexion looking younger, reduce the risk of cancer, avoid or prevent leather-like skin. For just a few minutes per day you can reap all those benefits. Premature aging isn’t fun for anyone, so it’s best to start properly caring for your skin while you are still young.

Personal care In beauty essentials

Personal care just refers to products like razors, cleaning pads, deodorant, and the likes. Here are some important personal care products that are crucial to skin care.
Blotting pads: Blotting pads can remove excess oil on your face. You can use it when you first apply makeup to remove any that is too thick. Or you can use them if you have an oily face and need to remove the excess oil.
Sunscreen: Sunscreen is important on all day that you go outside. Don’t forget this important fact! Apply makeup on every part of your body that may be hit by the sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays: your face, neck, back, shoulders included. Even your lips can feel the effects of aging! Try an SPF-enhanced lipstick or lip cream to protect your lips when you’re out.
Exfoliators: Machine-powered Exfoliators can help scrub away dead particles that your bare hands may not be able to. Physicians usually recommend that exfoliating be done at least 2 times a week, but if you have dry skin you may want to exfoliate just once a week.
